Printed Circuit Board Assembly of mixed technology products utilizing thru-hole parts on semi-automatic equipment.

Surface mount components on either side or both sides of the assembly using fully automatic pick & place machinery.
For through-hole assembly we use laser guided assembly tables that provide micro-processor control of a laser beam for component placement. This method of assembly produces a product that can be uniformly repeated.
Automatic optical inspection (AOI)
Electrical testing is carried out by qualified electronic engineers according to the customer’s test procedures and requirements.
We can procure all materials from worldwide suppliers and providing a kitting service if required.
